“"I called Brawner's Tree Service to trim the limbs hanging over my mother's roof and a large oak tree branch growing horizontally over the power line. Shawn got back with me right away. Communication was good throughout the experience. He and his assistant came when they said they would come. They were very polite and professional. They even talked to our neighbors about what they were about to do (part of the limbs over the house came from the neighbors yard). The one neighbor made a point to come over later to let us know how polite and professional they were!

They did all the work we agreed to. They did a beautiful job! The most challenging part of the job was the oak tree limb. It was amazing to see a professional at work! “During [a] recent storm ... we had trees fall on our house, deck, garage, and roof. Our neighbors had damage as well, and when they decided to use Brawner's Tree Service, we agreed to have them do an estimate for us, and ended up using them for our tree damage. Their communication was top-notch, and when it was clear we never had to walk this path with insurance claims before, they went above and beyond to help us with the entire process, even helping us to communicate with our insurance adjuster when we weren't getting the communication from our insurance company that we'd hoped for. They trimmed multiple trees for us, and when a tree had a fracture that was unsafe to continue trimming, ultimately removed multiple trees as well. They were timely, had excellent communication to keep us in the loop, went above and beyond to make sure our home would be safe from future tree damage, and did a fabulous job cleaning up afterwards to make it look like the damage had never even happened. We were absolutely thrilled with the work that Sean and his crew did for our family, and would highly recommend them for any tree services you may need.
